"How was the sleeping yesterday?” It was the first greeting word that team members met each other in the cafeteria in the morning. After one week trip, due to the 6 hours different time zone, some members used to be replying the Wechat and phone call during 2-3 am local time, and almost never had a good sleep.

FPEP & SATI organized today's schedule. Due to the traffic jam in the morning, we were late about half hour and had to cancel the first meeting with clients, which let us recognize again how punctual those South African exporters were. Then, we switched to SATI's meeting venue, and attended an exchange symposium organized by Willem Bestbier, CEO of SATI. During the meeting, Joseph Lombardt and Dawie Moelich marketing manager and technical manager respectively, they introduced the South African grape development, market trend, quantity etc. They also answered all kinds of members' questions patiently.

After finishing the meeting, SATI relevant person in charge took members visiting ASV (A.S.Viljoen) ---a family business focusing on grape cultivation, packing and export. The company management team took us visiting their one of the 7 packing warehouse. During the tour, there were 2 employees asking me take some photos for them. Because they didn’t have smartphone, they wanted to see their beautiful smile on the photo. I could feel that they were very satisfied with their current job. Several employees lay on the mown outside the warehouse, enjoying this moment leisure. With the abundant experience, efficient management, optimistic employees, we do believe that ASV can export premium grape to China.  

In the afternoon, with the arrangement of FPEP & SATI, we visited an entrepreneur ---MOOI, who had exported grape to China 20 years ago. We tasted gape just from root in the office. MR Francois Ressouw, senior manager of MOOI, introduced their customized package with Chinese mark for exporting to China. He also made the schedule with team members for visiting China next month.

After finish today’s task, we retuned the hotel after the dinner. Today is the first day when there is no clients arranged to meet during this week. We can have more free time, hope all the group members can have a good rest.
