The grand opening of the 2018 Chongqing Fruit Festival took place in the Double Fortune International Agricultural Trade City on June 14th. The festival lasted until June 15th. 300 tons of more than twenty fruit varieties from Thailand, New Zealand, Chile, the USA, and nine more countries were available for free sampling and purchase at discount prices. The Night Market Festival also opened at the same time. Together the two festivals provided crowds of people with amusement and joy.
